Dear readers,

By now you should have received invites to the wedding. Don’t forget to let us know which menu you would like (and any special dietary requirements)! It would also be useful if you could let us know what flights and hotel you have booked so we know where to reach you.

James and I spent a lovely week around Easter in Finland. We visited all the venues, met with the judge and sorted out the flowers. I also met with a dressmaker and now have a fairly good idea of what the dress will look like. We will shortly update the itinerary page with more details on the events that form the “Wedding Bonanza”.

I leave you with a picture of spring-time Finland, taken on the first day of our visit. Hard to imagine that in three months’ time it will be the height of summer, eh?
